A great mortgage is about more than securing an approval. Like any piece of fine craftsmanship, it's about choosing the right materials, minding every detail, and making sure each part fits together precisely — all the way to funding.

With over a decade of experience in Canadian and international banking — including residential mortgage underwriting, commercial lending, credit analysis, and risk management — I bring an insider's understanding of how financial institutions evaluate and structure lending decisions. I've spent years at the lender's workbench, and I know how the work is judged.

That experience taught me that successful financing takes more than meeting basic lending criteria. It requires understanding how different lenders assess income, assets, credit, property types, and financing structures — and anticipating the documentation requirements, compliance considerations, and conditions that must be satisfied before funding. Today, I use that insight to help my clients find smarter solutions and move through the financing process with greater confidence.

My expertise is particularly valuable when financing isn't straightforward. Whether you own multiple rental properties, earn business or self-employment income, have variable or commission-based earnings, or need financing for a complex real estate transaction, I know how to read the bigger financial picture and shape a lending strategy that fits.

My background includes experience with TD Bank, ATB Financial, and Hana Bank Canada, and I hold a Master of Finance from Queen's University. I'm also pleased to serve clients in Korean and Japanese.
